She was so friendly, kind, and made the entire process easy going and stress free. Our videographer was “Devin”, he showed up on time, he always gave me and my husband a play by play informing us of what he was going to film next or prepare to film next, he catered to our needs, and was able to fit in things that we wanted in our timeline that didn’t seem possible. He made us feel comfortable and at ease. Choosing “Toast” or “Devin” you will not go wrong! I highly highly recommend picking them as your next videographer for your wedding! They were outstanding to work with and so personable. Choose Toast!

no fuss. Reviewing the video and pin pointing the change I wanted was super easy through the system they use. I had one complaint. I had the videographer start at the church so I never officially met him. He was set up at the church when we got there. My biggest complaint is that he was not present for our bridal party photos. I actually don’t 100% know what happened, maybe he got lost on the way to city hall from south philly? But this ultimately ended up leaving us with no video of our bridal party together or of my husband and I in city hall (where the majority of our photos were taken). He ended up making it at the end of this part of the day, and got a few clips of us on broad street. We had a lot of time between the photos in city hall and the reception and he never requested our bridal party to get together to make up for that missed time even though there was plenty of time to do so. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it myself that day (a little preoccupied lol) so that stinks. The bridal party was all handing out in the bridal suite so that was a second opportunity to get everyone together but I think he was concentrating on getting video of the reception hall... but I wish he thought to get my bridal party. When I expressed my disappointment they offered to use some of our wedding photos to add in our video. It doesn’t look great, but we felt it very important that our bridal party be present in the video so we went with it, and it turned out okay. They tried their best to rectify the situation and apologized. And I am confident that after we spoke they used this as an opportunity to learn from this. In the end the video was beautiful. And I don’t think anyone one else who watches the video sees the pictures of the bridal party as misplaced or anything. I think it’s just something I notice because of course I’m the bride and all the small details are important to me. I would suggest hiring wedding toast even after this small mishap. I think it’s something they learned from and they do make a gorgeous video. Tons of people reached out to me to tell me how beautiful our video is.
